📜 4BHK PRIVATE POOL VILLA – TERMS & CONDITIONS

🏡 1. BOOKING & PAYMENT

• Booking advance payment receive hone ke baad hi confirm hogi.

• Remaining payment check-in se pehle ya check-in ke time deni hogi.

• Valid Government ID Proof mandatory hai.

🕐 2. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

• Check-In: 01:00 PM

• Check-Out: 11:00 AM

• Early check-in / late check-out availability ke according hoga aur extra charges applicable ho sakte hain.

👥 3. GUEST CAPACITY

• Maximum capacity 15–20 persons hai.

• Sirf confirmed guest count ke according guests allowed honge.

• Extra guests ke liye prior permission aur additional charges applicable honge.

🏊‍♂️ 4. SWIMMING POOL RULES

• Swimming pool ka use guest ki own responsibility par hoga.

• Kids Pool mein children ke saath adult supervision mandatory hai.

• Pool mein glass bottles, food ya sharp objects le jaana strictly prohibited hai.

• Pool/property ko damage ya excessively dirty karne par additional charges applicable ho sakte hain.

🍾 5. ALCOHOL & SMOKING

• Alcohol consumption property par allowed hai, subject to applicable local laws and property rules.

• Alcohol ka responsible consumption karein aur kisi bhi tarah ka nuisance, disturbance ya unsafe behaviour allowed nahi hai.

• Smoking sirf designated/open area mein allowed hai.

• Glass bottles ko swimming pool ke andar ya pool area mein le jaana strictly prohibited hai.

🎵 6. MUSIC & PARTY

• Music/DJ permitted timing aur local rules ke according hi allowed hoga.

• Loud music se neighbours ko disturbance nahi honi chahiye.

• Fighting, abusive behaviour ya public nuisance strictly prohibited hai.

🧹 7. PROPERTY & CLEANLINESS

• Villa ke furniture, appliances, TV, music system aur other facilities ko carefully use karna hoga.

• Damage hone par actual repair/replacement charges guest ko pay karne honge.

• Excessive mess, garbage ya extra cleaning ke liye additional cleaning charges applicable ho sakte hain.

• Caretaker cleaning purpose ke liye available hai.

🚫 8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

• Drugs, weapons, gambling aur illegal activities strictly prohibited hain.

• Rules violate hone par management booking terminate kar sakta hai without refund.

💰 9. CANCELLATION & REFUND

• Cancellation/refund applicable booking policy ke according hoga.

• Check-in ke baad early checkout ya unused stay ka refund applicable nahi hoga, unless otherwise agreed.

🔐 10. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

• Cash, jewellery, mobile, luggage aur personal belongings ki responsibility guest ki khud ki hogi.

• Management lost/stolen personal items ke liye responsible nahi hoga.
